This is the routine I will be using for the next two weeks starting saturday. The main point is variety, mixing up heavy days and light days, and having fun.

I just received my Russian Kettlebell Challenge video and have watched it twice already, but being a beginner I don't have a clue on how to proceed as far as a program or routine is concerned. (Although I have read a few posts about using ladders and that sounds like a good idea.) Also, I will probably use dumbbells at least for the time being. more »

Another kettlebell routine

I'm currently doing one-arm snatches with the 24 kg kettle bell, 10-15 reps per hand, resting 30-40 seconds, and then hitting it again until I reach 100-120 reps total. For variety I'll try to reach higher straight numbers with the 16 kg kettle bell, like 30-40 for each hand. more »
