I have watched Pavel Tsatsouline's Russian Kettlebell Challenge several times, but I still don't quite understand about the reps and sets. I'm looking to build explosive power, strength, and muscular endurance without bulking up. more »
I would appreciate a realistic answer. Does the kettlebell video or workout account for enough of a lower body workout? If not, what should I add? more »
