One of the best training tools for supreme fitness and physical conditioning is not new. In fact it's centuries old. Kettlebells came into being sometime during the 17th century in Eastern Europe. Popularized by strongmen during Tsarist Russia, kettlebells have survived centuries for one reason and one reason only: they work.
Kettlebell Front Squat

I’m sure many of you have already figured out a way to do kettle bell front squats, but here is how I’ve started doing them (I’m a KB newbie, 2 weeks w/ only the the lightest and heaviest kettle bell… still awaiting arrival of the medium kettle bell).
I clean the heavy KB then move it towards the front, cradling the arm holding the bell in the crook of my other arm. It’s sort of a cross-armed style. The kettlebell still sits a little off my body’s center line, so I switch arms each set. I also combine the two movements in a set: e.g. 5 cleans + 5 front squats, then switch arms and repeat.
