One of the best training tools for supreme fitness and physical conditioning is not new. In fact it's centuries old. Kettlebells came into being sometime during the 17th century in Eastern Europe. Popularized by strongmen during Tsarist Russia, kettlebells have survived centuries for one reason and one reason only: they work.
Another kettlebell routine

I’m currently doing one-arm snatches with the 24 kg kettle bell, 10-15 reps per hand, resting 30-40 seconds, and then hitting it again until I reach 100-120 reps total. For variety I’ll try to reach higher straight numbers with the 16 kg kettle bell, like 30-40 for each hand. I am also ambitiously trying high one-arm swings with the 32 kg kettle bell in order to eventually transition to the snatch with that monster. I also do some 3-5x3-5 military presses, but want to get into the bent press.
